All clinicians providing services through Blueco Healthcare are based in the UK and registered with their relevant professional regulators. Prescribing decisions are made independently by qualified prescribers following appropriate clinical assessment. We’re making a change to how the pharmacy service is provided.
There is no change to your prescriptions, clinicians, or how you use the service. You do not need to take any action, and medication will continue to be dispensed and delivered as before.
Soon, medicines will be dispensed and delivered by Blueco Healthcare’s own GPhC-registered pharmacy, replacing the previous arrangement where dispensing was carried out by Pharmalogic Chemist on Blueco Healthcare’s behalf.
This new pharmacy has been established to support the long-term delivery of digital healthcare services within a single regulated model. It is located near the existing site and is supported by the same pharmacy teams, systems, and clinical oversight involved in your care
During a short transition period, your prescription may be dispensed by either Blueco Healthcare (GPhC 9013068) or Pharmalogic Chemist (GPhC 9010938). Both pharmacies are fully regulated, and this change will be introduced gradually to ensure continuity of service.
